The spigot spout features ⁵/₈ in. and ³/₄ in. hose barbs, and a standard internal luer tape to fit a male barb adapter. The spigot body has internal threads with a hard stop to prevent over-tightening which may damage the seal.

Spigots are made from polypropylene, which may be autoclaved at 15 PSI and 121° C (250° F) for 20 minutes.
